- 2 crushed garlic cloves.
- 2 eggs.
- 3 hard eggs
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
- 1 teaspoon of cumin.
- 1 tablespoon of barbecue or ketchup for brush
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
How to make German roast step by step
- In a pan, saute the onion, garlic, carrot and meor for 5-7 minutes until golden and soft.
