- 500 g of ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (can be Parmesan cheese or similar)
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
