About this grilled steak
Guys, don't just relax your churrasco orthodoxy a little. Give yourself over to the unknown and try this churrasco. I saw it on a US recipe site ( this one ) and automatically thought what you're thinking now: he didn't understand anything, this is rubbish.
Well, it isn't. This grilled steak is delicious and is perfect for a change without changing.
In other words, give it a twist but still eat grilled steak. Don't miss it. And tell me what you think. Hugs!
Enjoy the video!

Grilled steak recipe with a surprise
Ingredients
For 2 portions
- 2 steaks (in my case, chorizo steak)
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 Cditas. of sugar
- 1 cdita. salt
- 1 tsp coffee
- Pepper
Step-by-step churrasco recipe
- In a bowl, mix the smoked paprika, sugar, salt, coffee, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place half of the coffee mixture on one side of the steaks.
- Heat the grill thoroughly. Place the steaks with the coated side facing down (on the grill). While it's cooking, add the remaining mixture on top, on the uncoated side. Cook each side for the appropriate amount of time. In my case, I wanted it slightly red, so I cooked it for 2 minutes on each side: one minute on the maximum and one minute in the middle. This is a matter of taste, of course; everyone has their own grilling time.
- Remove from the grill and eat immediately. Don't be alarmed if it looks burnt. That's exactly what it looks like. The mixture is dark, and it darkens even more when it touches the grill, but it's not burnt (you can see this by scraping the steak a little with a knife; you'll see that it's not burned underneath).
And here is my grilled steak with a coffee crust.
doesn't wake you up, I warn you
Hi! I'm going to try this recipe, but I have a question: espresso coffee? Or does Nescafé instant coffee work?
