Today we solve their lives

Today we present the Meal Prep with meat

What is that?! What do you talk Paulina?

Very simple, it comes from English meal = food or dish and prep = preparation. And it is Paulina's new series

Thanks is to plan and prepare in a single batch, well -rich foods

It is ideal if you have little time when you get to work to make a dinner covered, or if you want to leave lunch for the boys, if you want to do food , or if in medical order you can only step on the kitchen 1 time a week.

In the absence of a name is Spanish as cool as Meal Prep , we can tell you 1000Prep, put it. But basically the idea is to have a base, in this case of meat, to assemble different dishes and meals to keep or freeze.

If you want to be the kings of Mealprep, you can see the Paulina ebook here !

Today we do: empanadas, potato cake, stuffed and bolognese zucchini, all in 2 hours !!

We recommend that before starting, start before. How like? The first thing they will have to do is have everything prepared. Cortaditas vegetables, meat by hand, already hard eggs, etc.

Greetings and until next

How to do this super mealprep (8 recipes)

Ingredients

For 8 meals

For the base:

  • 2 kg. of minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 belling
  • Tomato puree, 1 can
  • Corted or cubet tomatoes, 1 can
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, oregano
  • Olive oil

For bolognese:

  • Balsamic aceto or red wine

For empanadas:

  • 100g. of chopped olives
  • Green onion
  • Empanadas covers

Pope cake:

  • 2 hard eggs
  • 100g. of chopped olives
  • Grated cheese
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 jet of milk
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Stuffed zucchini:

  • 4 Zapallitos
  • Fresh cheese

Step by step of 4 different dishes with meat

  1. In a pot with hot oil add the onion and belling, when they are half cook, add the garlic and a little salt.
  2. Upload the fire and add all the minced meat. Move the meat so that it is not stuck. When the meat is sealed, add half a can of tomato in cubes, and half a can of puree of tomatoes. Season and mix well. Cover (not quite) #tapaenchanfle and let a half hour stirring little by little.
  3. Separate into two. Reserve one half in a bowl (a) and divide the other half. A four goes to another bowl (B), and the other room stays in the pot (c)

Plato Nº1: Bolognese

yield 2 portions

  1. Take the meat room that remained in the pot (c) again to the fire, and when it is very hot add a jet of balsamic aceto (or wine) and large pieces of carrot (they are removed later)
  2. Add the remaining signs of tomato in cubes and tomato puree. Add the broth (or water). Cover and cook between 30 and 40 minutes. When it cools to take a tapper and save.

Plato Nº2: Meat empanadas

For two dozen empanadas (and on meat for plate nº3!)

  1. Add olives to half of the meat reserved in the bowl (a) and mix
  2. Distribute the filling in the empanada covers, add green onion above and close with a empanadas repulgue .
  3. Wrap in the plastic that bring the tapas in the package so do not stick in the freezer. They can be cooked at the moment or freezing for later.

Plato Nº3: Popes pastel

yields 4 portions

  1. While the meat is cooked, boil the potatoes until they are tender. Strain and crush them with a little milk and butter. Spice.
  2. Mix the flesh that left over the empanadas with the chopped hard egg.
  3. In individual trajitas place a puree base, then the meat filling, and cover again with puree. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Wrap on film paper and freeze or store in the refrigerator.

Plato Nº 4: Stuffed Zapallitos

For two generous portions

  1. In boiling water, place 4 zucchini between 5 and 7 minutes depending on the size. Turn and leave again between 5 and 7 minutes. Remove from water and let cool.
  2. Remove a capping from each zucchini and hollow. Reserve the pulp
  3. Dress and chop the pulp. Mix with the meat we have (b)
  4. Fill the zucchini up to more than half, add a piece of cheese and continue filling. Add another piece of cheese and cover with the cap in Zapallito. Wrap on paper for freezing or save.

Incredible all these meals

And as the saying goes: Fruzer Full, happy belly!
