Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- UVA raisins (optional, to decorate)
How to make carrot salad with cream
- In a large bowl, place the grated carrots. In another smaller bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, apple vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a soft and homogeneous cream.
- Pour the cream mixture on grated carrots and stir until carrots are completely covered with the cream. Test and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Let stand the grated carrot salad with cream in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. At the time of serving, pour by grapes on top to decorate if they want.
