  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of white cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ chopped onion
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make simple chicken pancakes step by step

  1. Cook the chicken breasts until they are well cooked, let them cool and shred them with your hands.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan for a few minutes until translucent.
