Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and crumbled chicken breast
  • 2 cups of cooked potatoes and cubes
  • 1 cup cooked and cubes cut carrots
  • 100 gr of cooked peas
  • 1/2 Cup of commercial mayonnaise or homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make bird mayonnaise in 5 steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine crumbled bird meat, peas, potatoes and carrots cut into cubes.
  2. In another separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise sauce on the salad. Mix gently until all the ingredients are well covered.
  4. Test the salad and adjust the condiments. Cover the container with film paper or place in a hermetic container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle a little more fresh parsley as a decoration.

The recipe is very good! The only thing that would change is mustard, leave it for panchos.
Only mayonnaise and a touch of vinegar.
