The truth is that there are a thousand recipes with chicken and these are ideas to take advantage of an entire chicken. They are simple recipes that can be done at the same time. As always in the Mealprep, we first prepare all the ingredients and then we start cooking. This saves a lot of time.
Paulina used an entire chicken that boned, is cheaper in this way, but these recipes can be done only with a breast or with Mulso and Breast for example. There is everything and varied! They have a wok with a more oriental style, a very classic bird mayonnaise, some Nuggest that are always a goal, a chicken rice and divine rolls!

Ingredients
Do not be scared that most with things that you sure already have!
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 potatoes
- 3 pumpkin slices
- 1 piece of red bell
- 1 piece of green bell
- 3 Green onions
- 1 bunch of chauchas
- 100gr of ham
- 1 onion
- 1 Zapallito
- 6 cdas of breadcrumbs
- 1cda of cornfield
- 100g of ham
- 1 vinegar run
- 1 CDA of sugar
- 2 tubs of cream cheese
- 100gr of cream cheese
- Balsamic aceto
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of tomato puree
- 1 leek
- salt
- pepper
- Rice seasoning
- mayonnaise, mustard
- oregano

Chicken Mealprep for several days
- The first thing we are going to do is prepare the chicken to have it ready. We are going to cut it into quarters and bone. From a breast we will take about 6 churrasquitos (in the video you look good how to cut them), the rest we will cut into medium pieces, and we will separate all the surpluses that can be rescued from the chicken.
- Now we are going to prepare the vegetables of our recipes. We cut a potato in cubes and put it in a pot with water and salt. We add 3 slices of pumpkin. We chop the red meor in cubes, and the green bell on larger pieces.
- We take out the ends and cut them into pieces, add them to the pot with potato and pumpkin and take it to the fire until the potato is ready. We are also going to chop an onion, a zucchin in cubes and the onion of green in slices.
- With half of the boiled pumpkin we will make a puree. We put the small bits of chicken in the processor and crush them a little. We add the ham, cream cheese, salt, pepper and pumpkin puree. We process again until it is integrated.
- We pass the mixture to a bowl and add more pumpkin and 2 tiles of breadcrumbs. Mix a little and if it is necessary to add more breadcrumbs until we can put together a dough and knead. We are going to take it to the refrigerator about 30 minutes.
Plate 1: chicken wok
- In a deep dish we put the soy sauce, a cda of water and a tablespoon of cornstarch. We revolve until dissolved the cornstarch. When it is well dissolved we add a jet of vinegar (if it can be rice vinegar much better) and a spoonful of sugar, which in my case I used mascabo but can use the common.
- We are going to add 1/3 of the medium chicken pieces, salt and pepper and take a bag or tupper. We add the cut zucchin, a bit of the onion, the green belling and a little of the onion of green. We salt and pepper again, close the bag and mix well so that the chicken is integrated with the marinade, with the vegetables, with the condiments, with everything!
- Just as it is, they can take it to the freezer and defree before eating, or they can cook it after half an hour of marinated in a very hot wok. A beauty!
Plato 2: Chicken rolls
- We step on the rest of the pumpkin that we had left, we added some cream cheese and salt and pepper.
- We take the biggest churrasquitos that we cut and we will paint them with this preparation, add a little ham, a whip of cheese and roll as if it were a mini Matamborito (see the video that is super clear!) We put a stick so that it does not let go and accommodate them in a tupper.
- You can cook at the sauteed or baked moment, or you can freeze and cook later.
Plate 3: Chicken rice
- We carry a pan with a splash of oil to the fire and add the red meor, the onion and the onion of green that we had left.
- When the onion is half transparent, we add a little salt and carry the vegetables next to the pan, next to us we will put another 1/3 of medium pieces of chicken. We mix it well with the vegetables and add salt, pepper, the tomato puree and a little broth (about 3 tablespoons)
- Once well cooked we put paprika and rice seasoning, mix a little and let cook a few more minutes.
- To prepare: we put directly from the freezer (without defrosting) in a pot covered with a couple of tablespoons of water. When it was left, right there we add the rice, revolve until bright, cover with the necessary water, revolve once again and do not touch until it is cooked.
Plate 4: Chicken Nuggets
- We beat an egg with salt and pepper and put it on a deep plate. On another dish we put breadcrumbs.
- We remove the mixture of chicken and pumpkin we made at the beginning. We make balls, we pass them by egg, the breadcrumbs and we are shaping it. I got 16 or so.
- They take them to the freezer separately and when they are well frozen they put them in a bag. They can be done in the oven or fried
Plato 4: Ave mayonnaise
- In a pan with oil we saute the last 1/3 chicken into medium pieces and when they are well golden we take them to a pot with water. We add salt and the leek.
- When cooked we remove it and let it cool. Now we are going to cut it into small pieces and we will mix it with the boiled potato of the beginning and half left of the chauchas. We add mayonnaise, mustard, a little oregano and mix well. This dish is to eat at the moment or a few days in the refrigerator but not many.
