Yield : 4 arepas
Preparation time : 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups of precooked cornmeal
- 2 cups of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled chicken
- 1 mature avocado, crushed
- 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
