2. In a microwave suitable dish, put the sweet potatoes with nothing underneath and bring microwave to maximum power 2 minutes.
3. Once these 2 minutes have passed, we turn them around one and we leave them. They will have released some water.
4. We repeat the operation: put the microwave for 2 minutes to maximum power. We take them out and turn them around.
5. This part is repeated about 4 or 5 times more, until the sweet potatoes are golden and crispy. Do not skip them to turn them because they will stick to the plate. It is also important to put the salt at the beginning, when they are wet, since they do not carry oil, later the salt will not be attached.

Hello Paulina, I made the sweet potatoes once and the potatoes several times! According to my experience, they hit the microwave dish, then I read in another kitchen blg that made them on butter paper (and on the same dish) and according to the video they were not hit and how interesting they didn't turn them off. They hit me the same but it seems to me that the butter paper that they sold to me as such was more plant -type paper such as those used to make architecture plans (the same role served me wonderful for the Mondiola project!).
In summary: I solved it with the spray oil (Fritolim or similar) and the direct put on the plate and I did not turn them at all and they came out of ten! What you have to adjust the times according to microwave power because they have happened to me and burned a little.
