Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Last year I was in Mexico visiting friends and family and I was caught with culture, with people, with places, but above all things: with Mexican food! In this post I will list the ten Mexican meals that cannot stop trying in any way if they go to Mexico.
I will list Mexican recipes, from the least important to the most important (guess now they are tacos ). Although, to be sincere, all meals are important. Why do I put it that way? Because if they go little days, or pass by chance, or they are on a scale or whatever, I want them to know what cannot be lost in any way. From there they can enlarging as time is reached.
It is no novelty that gastronomy in Mexico is one of the best in the world: it was named Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity ... and well, I named her owner of my heart. Two titles that no one has them!
This list does not cover even 30% of all exquisite Mexican food that I tried and that can be enjoyed in every corner of the country. But well, if I didn't assemble the ranking, I was going to make an eternal list.

#10. Mezcal

#9: Chile in Nogada

#8: Quesadillas
