In this program ... Paulina teaches us to prepare paste with spinach in 20 minutes! Hello dear followers of Paulina Kitchen! Today we have a special proposal: at the time of the clock, Paulina proposes to prepare food in 20 minutes. This video is barely edited, since the idea is that they see the recipe for a short time.
What I liked most is that now I know how to prepare fast pastries, and that the recipe contains spinach makes this the typical fast pasta dish. Many know how to make a fast dish, but believe me that these pasta are special and seem everything but a fast dish.
So you know, if you are looking for how to solve dinner in a little while, this is the solution.
I leave you with the video, and until next time.

Ingredients
(For 2 people)
- 1/2 noodle package
- 1 tied of spinach
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 large spoonful of butter
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 4 or 5 nuts
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Step by step: less than half an hour!
You will see how easy
- In a covered pan. It is important that you are covered to boil quickly and we can prepare the pasta in a short time.
- Wash the spinach and drain. If they have vegetable centrifugator, it is a good occasion to use it.
- Chop a clove of garlic, it is not necessary that you are very small (that is to the taste of those who prepare it).
- Stop the nuts with your hands. With that they are in medium pieces it is fine.
- At this point we should have boiling water or boiling. Once it boils, add salt and then the noodles. We are going to cook them only until they are at the dente. This is very important since we are going to cook the pasta again. If we cook them a lot in this step, they will happen to us later.
- Strain the noodles, put them in the pot and take them again to the batch in medium-low heat.
- Add the butter and chopped garlic while stirring until all the butter melts.
- Once the butter is well melted, we add the spoonful of flour. We continue to mix continuously until it is seen that the flour is roasted. They will see that it seems that everything is going to be glued but no, then we will fix it.
- When the flour is already roasted, we add the half glass of milk while stirring. If flour remains in the background we scash it a little with the spoon. What we are doing is a white sauce recipe (bechamel), made in the same pot with the noodles.
- When the white sauce is taking consistency we add some salt and nutmeg.
- Add the spinach and stir a little until it "faint." That is, you don't have to cook it but wait for it to integrate with the noodles and look good.
- We add the nuts of nuts, and it is ready!
Good recipe, thank you!
And if the spinach are frozen?
Everyone reads them with Paulina's voice in the head or just me?
