The original carbonara (or spaghetti carbonara) is made only with egg, this is the Italian recipe and preparation. There are some that calculate 1 egg per person, others use 1 egg and 1 yolk per person, and others directly two yolks per person.
In this recipe we will use the proportion of 1 egg and 1 yolk per person, but you can try which one like the most. They will also realize that with 2 eggs and 2 yolks, they have carbonara sauce for 3 people.
Now, speaking of the egg, this is important. In the carbonara the egg is rather liquid, but always trying to reach a temperature that prevents us from falling badly. - 2 eggs

- 60g. of grated cheese

- Boil the water. While cutting the bacon's taite and reserve. Cut the bacon into strips.
- Beat the eggs and yolks with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and mix well.
- Add thick salt to the water and put the noodles.
- In another pan he brown the bacon with the tap included, this is what gives it a lot of flavor! Remove a little from the cooking water from the pasta and add it to the mixture of eggs and cheese, beat well.
- When the bacon is golden, take off the horn and turn off the fire. In the pan itself with the fire off, add the drained noodles to the dente and the mixture of eggs and stir.
