Ingredients

  • 200 gr. of coditos or short paste noodles
  • 100 gr of grated Parmesan cheese to gratin

  • 300 ml. of whole milk.
  • 1 CDA. of Maizena 
  • 30 gr. of butter.
  • 1 CDA. of mustard.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to make macaroni with cheese level God

First of all, preheat the oven to 200º to gratin the macaroni in a little while!

  1. We put to heat a pot with salt water, to cook the pasta. We will remove them from the heat a little while to finish cooking in the oven.

  9. We cover with the grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
