Ingredients
- 4 fresh corn cobs or 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro or parsley leaves for garnish (optional)
