Ingredients
The amount is for 1.5 kg of pumpkin puree approx. And 4 portions leave there.
- 1.5 kg pumpkin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Cooking pumpkin
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- We clean the pumpkins and split them in 2 along.
- Remove the pulp and seeds. (We separate the seed seeds and keep them to make our snack)
- We take the pumpkin to a plaque. We season with salt, olive oil, pepper.
- We click the pumpkin with a fork and bake at about 200 °.
- The pumpkin will be more or less 1-1.30 hours until it is tender!
How to make easy cream pumpkin puree
- Remove all the pulp from the pumpkins , putting it in a large bowl or in the glass of a blender.
- Crush until a creamy and soft texture is. This step can be done by hand without any problem.
- Add the butter, salt and pepper. Continue crushing until the butter melts.
- Add the milk jet and join well. In the end, you can put a dash of olive oil on top. Ready!
