Ingredients
- 400 g of macarrones
- 150 g of chorizo in string
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g of crushed tomato
- 100 ml of white wine (optional)
- 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese (optional to gratin)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried oregano at ease
How to do macaroni with sausage step by step
- Click the sausage with a fork and boil for 12-15 minutes to misfortune it. Remove and cut into slices or pieces.
