About this tuna cake recipe
Hey friends, Paulina here. Can you believe this amazing recipe I'm bringing you?
I'm not calling it "3-Minute Tuna Cake" so as not to be a cheat about the baking time, but I swear this tuna cake is made in three minutes. I'll let you call it tuna soufflé, too, because it has baking powder and turns out "chunky."
By the way, the baking powder can of course be omitted.
Second, you can add more things to the tuna cake, for example, onion, garlic, sauteed bell pepper, etc.
Third, give the Galician cake and empanada a break, okay?
Ingredients
for 1 medium cake
- 2 tuna cans
- 3 eggs
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 CDA. of cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Grated cheese
Blender tuna cake recipe
3 minutes
1. Soak the bread in the milk while you prepare everything else.
2. Place all the tuna cake ingredients in the blender, including the bread soaked in milk. It's important to add a little salt, as the tuna is already very salty. It's also important that the tuna is well drained.
3. Place the entire mixture in a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. And that's it!

Hi Pauli! I made it and it was delicious! But it didn't rise, haha. Is that because I have an electric oven and I didn't have enough heat, or more than 35 minutes?
Excellent recipe as always, Paulina, easy and delicious... and best of all, flourless...
and when you make the cake… or with what?
Delicious! I doubled it and it came out delicious!!
Paulina Paulina!! Can I make it with regular bread? Just using the crumb?
Yesterday I made the cake/pudding (I like to call it pudding, it's a beautiful word!) and it was a resounding success! Easy, quick, light! A show-stopper!
