- 1 shortcrust pastry or brisée
- 1 cup of chopped mixed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onion, broccoli, etc.)
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, etc.)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of cream or milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large tablespoon of olive oil
How to make vegetable quiche
