Ingredients
For a cake mass
- 9 tbsp. of lift flour
- 9 tbsp. olive
- 9 tiles of water
How to prepare the dough
From now on one of your specialties
- In a container, we place 9 tablespoons of lift flour. If you want, you can add a little salt here.
- We add 9 tablespoons of oil. I used olive oil that in addition to being very healthy leaves a special taste to the dough, but they can use sunflower oil as well. Then, add the 9 tablespoons of water. 9-9-9 completed!
- Now we mix (we can start with a spoon) and knead until a very smooth bun is. They will see that it is not sticky since it has oil. We wrap the dough in film and let it rest in the refrigerator a minimum 15 minutes. Meanwhile we can heat the oven.
- The cake dough is already ready to stretch! We can stretch it with kneading stick or similar, and finish shaping with your hands by placing it in a pizze/tartera. When stretching it make sure that there are no cracks in the dough.
- Place in the oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes, and then if it is necessary to stretch with your fingers. With this 10 -minute oven blow we ensure that the cake dough is well cooked at the end.
