Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked white rice (better if it is fine long type)
  • 1 can natural or oil tuna (the one preferred)
  • 2 hard eggs
  • 1/2 cup of corn (in can, frozen or cooked)
  • 1/2 cup of cooked peas
  • 1/2 red or chopped green bell
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional but recommended)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil at ease

How to make rice with step by step

  1. If the cooked rice is not counted, cook the rice in abundant salt water until it is tender and loose. Drain well and let it cool or warm. 
  2. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes (since the water boils). Cool, peel and chop.
  3. In a large container, mix the white rice cooked with well drained and shredded tuna with the fork.
