- 1 hard egg

- 2 tbsp. of extra mayonnaise
How to make Russian salad
The first part is easy, and then we continue with the God level
- Peel and cut the potatoes of approximately 1cm x 1cm cubes. Peel and cut the carrot into cubes of half the size that the potato (in this case would be 0.5 x 0.5cm) so that the Russian salad is great, it is important that when cooking everything together, there is no raw carrot, nor does the potato pass. With these measures they will be great.
- Take the potatoes and carrots cut to a wide pot with a lot of water (as it leaves the tap). Add the laurel and the thick salt and take to the fire until the potato is cooked. To measure this you can click a papita with a knife, if the unarmed potato falls out of the knife, take it out!
- If they use frozen peas, they add them to the pot and leave a minute more or less. If they use can aras they add them when the potato and carrot are already drained.
- Remove from heat and drain. Let cool for a few minutes and when it is still hot, add the mayonnaise. Stir everything to integrate, salt and pepper and continue integrating.

- For the Russian salad God there are still a few steps: add the tuna and the rest of the mayonnaise and stir. Add the olive and chopped cucumber.
- Film paper or terrine mold with film paper and fill with the Russian salad. Cover with film and crush well. Take the refrigerator to serve.
- Unmold and cover with chopped hard egg.
