- 4 fresh artichokes
- 100 gr of serrano or Iberian ham, cut into dice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Basil leaves
How to make artichokes with ham
- Remove the hardest and end leaves from artichokes. Cut them into rooms or slices. In a large saucepan heating the olive oil over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
- Add the ham in dice and saute for a few minutes. Add the artichokes and sauté for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.
