  • 1 kg of fresh mussels
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 can (400 g) of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
