It is a bittersweet sauce (cabbage combines very very well with the bittersweet) that contains mustard and honey, a beautiful duo of flavors, which they have to know that they can use it for other types of foods too. Other salads, meats, boiled vegetables ...

- 1/2 purple cabbage
- 1 green onion
- Grain mustard (it can be common mustard too)
- 1 cdita. of honey
- Balsamic aceto
- Soft olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Step by step to make this purple cabbage salad
How complicated it can be to make a salad, right?
- The first thing that has to do is cut the cabbage in a very fine julienne with a sharp knife.
- Then we are going to cut the green onion in the same way: well -finite slices. The green part too. Mix well with cabbage in a salad bowl.
- Now, what we are going to do is prepare the dressing: we are going to mix in an aceto small bottle, olive oil, salt, pepper and mustard in crushed grain. I have it in a grinder but otherwise you can grind it with a mortar, with a kneading stick, with the elbow on the table or how they can think of. We will also add the teaspoon of honey. We are going to cover the bottle and shake it strongly, until all the ingredients are united.
- That is basically everything. The only thing left is to bathe with the dressing the cabbage and onion salad of green and remove until they are well covered and enjoy.
