With this recipe, Paulina Cocina supports the Chinese-Mediterranean culture, which certainly exists.
It also encourages them to eat raw pak choi, which has crunch without being lettuce, character without being arugula, and a feminine shape.

- 1/4 purple onion

Pak choi salad recipe
This is done
1) Cut the onion into very thin strips, the cherries in half, the olives the same, the pak choi into pieces (like when we make lettuce salad).
2) Slice the cheese really thinly, you can do it with a potato peeler.
3) Make a dressing by thoroughly mixing the oil, vinegar, and paprika. Place over the mixed and seasoned vegetables.
4) Hide this salad from the plastic goats, they are made in China and they love pak choi .
