Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (very mature)
  • 3 mature tomatoes
  • 150 grams of long onion
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese or coastal cheese (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic pasta or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to make a Colombian borony:
