Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today we are going to make a stew of fantabulous, rich, surrender, repair of broken hearts! A triple threat against winter! The situation is like this: you have all your organized and solved day. The dinner designed from 5 in the afternoon.

About this creamy meat stew recipe

I love this recipe because it is a master class of "use." This meat stew is the one that comes out with what you have in the refrigerator and the kitchen, and if you do not have it, you buy it in two minutes on the way home.

It has more or less 1 hour in total , between the preparation of everything and cooking. It is not a long time for a stew, if we compare it with a lentil stew it is a little while! You cut everything, you send it to the pot and look at a chapter of the Netflix series that has you hooked.

The aggregate of the milk cream, which is mixed with the potato starch, results in a creamy meat stew , with an exquisite consistency! Can you do the day before? But of course! And richer is still!

You can also have things ready, you get home, you turn on the hornal, you will pull everything to a saucepan and ready brother! You forgot! And you have something rich, powerful and extra homemade!

Ingredients

For about 3 portions more or less

  • 2 churrascos
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 pumpkin slices
  • 1 onion
  • 1 big garlic clove
  • 1/4 Red belling
  • 1 wine jet
  • 1 broth cube (here you can see how to make homemade caldits )
  • 2 cdas fat of milk cream
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • salt, pepper and oil

Guiso meat recipe with creamy potatoes

To save you winter!

  1. First we are going to cut the churrascos into small pieces, more or less than 2x2cm.
  2. Now heat a jet of oil in a pot. We are going to put the meat and brown just, over high heat. Remove from the pot and reserve.
  3. Add to the same pot (without washing it), onion and bellish, cut into large pieces. Also chopped garlic. Sauté over medium heat until the onion is transparent.
  4. Incorporate the potatoes, cut into medium cubes. Sauté a few minutes and add the pumpkin, equally cut.
  5. When potato and pumpkin are golden, add the meat, the jet of wine and cover with water until the food is barely covered. Add the baldness, cumin and salt and pepper.
  6. Put over high heat until it boils. Then go down half/bass and cook covered about 45 minutes.
  7. Once it is ready, we are going to turn off and let out a few minutes. In this way, we let all juices and flavors settle. Add the 2 tbsp. of milk cream and stir well. The idea is to do it barely creamy and very soft, it is not a cream sauce.

Hi Paulina ... I'm doing it now! (But I'm not going to put cream because I don't like it ...) It's amazing smell in my kitchen now, while the stew is slowly burning ...?
