  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 large onion (cut into strips)
  • 1 red pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 grated mature big tomato or 150 g of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 broccoli (cut into bouquets and bleached in boiling water for 2-3 minutes)
  • 1/2 glass (100 ml) of white wine
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
