This cake loved Food Pluggers , but above all, Coquito, who ate 3 portions as soon as I took her out of the oven. Ingredients

For a Buddine or Big Torta

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of lift flour
  • 1/2 cup of whole flour
  • 350g. from Zucchini (Calabacines- In my case were 2 zucchinis, peeled and without the tips)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cdita. of baking powder or sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 cdita. salt
  • 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 cdita. of cinnamon
  • 1 cdita. Fresh Glass Glangibre Glangibre
  • 1 cup of neutral oil
  • 1 lemon zest

1. Preheat the oven at least and enmantecar the mold.

2. Peel the Zucchini , remove the tips and grate. Place in a strainer to drain the water. This step is very important: it should be well drained, since if it has more water it does not look good. It is best to crush it with a spoon to release as much fluid as possible.

3. Mix the following in one bowl: flours , sugar , baking powder , salt , poppy seeds cinnamon and ginger .

4. In another bowl, mix the eggs , the oil and the zucchini , drained. Beat slightly until you integrate.

5. Go to gradually incorporate the flour mixture. I did it with blender but it is not necessary, it just has to be mixed.

6. Bring at least 1 hour , or until it is cooked on the outside and does not get wet the stick when clicking it.

I was rather wet. Capable I did not drain enough (although I gave him a dough with the spoon). It was spectacular! But the taste for my 3 -year -old girl was very strong. I put cinnamon and ginger, but the next one I will try only with lemon zest. I even put sweet milk to see if it happened, but there was no case. He has a fucking palate .. I never cooked so much! I'm going to continue testing.

I did this recipe and it was very good for flavor, the spectacular shell and crumb ... Peeeeero that oil does not take off! I think the proportion of oil is excessive, with half a cup (and not one) I think it would have been more than enough

I hear the Food Plugging !! Today I try this recipe. I tell you that for my daughter No-as-Nada I prepared a delicious chocolate pudding with beets !! He ate him happy.
