Do you know Food Plugging ?

It is the last trend between American parents. It is about the research and development of different methods to plug food to children. Food that I would not eat otherwise, of course.

Hippies bothers you that I talk about plugging food to Coquito. But if you are reading a mother whose son went through stages of "Solo-Aso-Esto", he knows what I'm talking about.

Ingredients

For a good source of lentil croquettes

  • 1 cup of Turkish lentils (orange)
  • 1 CDA.
  • 1 CDA. of chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. of flour
  • 1 cdita. of mustard
  • Garlic and parsley, to decorate
  • Salt, pepper and oil

1. Boil the cup of lentils in 3 cups of water. Let it boil over medium heat, uncovered. Turn off the heat when there is no water left, be careful that it does not stick.

2. The lentils will have remained as a paste that does not need to crush. They will also have lost that beautiful orange, a shame. Mix them with oatmeal , egg , onion , mustard and flour . Salpimentar. There will be a soft paste.

3. Form croquettes : I like chasa, because they will be more crispy, but ballitas, traditional croquettes, animals, eiffe towers, bush faces, do you want.

4. Fry the lentil croquettes in very hot oil, approx. 2 minutes on each side, until they are doaditas . Hippies gentlemen do not like friedness but, at least in stage #01, frying is an ally in Food Plugging .

5. Sprinkle with garlic and parsley and serve. This if they believe that the enemy will like it, we are not going to shit it for such a very small detail.

Hi Pauli! Croquettes can be done with common lentils? And .. They should be left at rest before, right? It would be a good way of self -chiefing my lentils….
