Tomato tartar: to get the little song

This tomato tartar is what I call a recipe.

He is delicious, elegant, chic, sanito, vegan.

It takes time, but it is not difficult. A luxury snack.

Ah! And it carries capers, my fetish ingredient.

  • 3 perita tomatoes
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • 2 Cditas. of Alacaparras
  • Salt, sugar, aceto and olive oil

1. First we hydrate the dry tomatoes : we put them with warm water in a bowl, they can add an aceto or wine, but it is optional, I like them with balsamic aceto.

2. The following is to do the oven dried tomatoes , they are the following steps:

  • Preheat the oven in minimum
  • Peel the tomatoes (you can see how they peel here )
  • Remove the seeds and drain them well, that there is no water left.
  • Put them on the baking sheet, with aluminum foil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and sugar and bake for a long time, like 50 minutes approx.

3. Now yes, chop the hydrated dry tomatoes and baked tomatoes. Add the capers , chop them a bit too. Add a splash of oil and rectify salt. Mix all the ingredients well and put in a mold, well tight. Unmold. Your tomato tartar is ready! Llover with parsley and serve with rich bread or crackers.
