Easy tikka chicken recipe
Yields: 4 portions
Preparation time: 1 hour and 30 minutes (approximately)
Ingredients
- 500 grams of chicken breasts cut into pieces
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 tubes of masala
- 1 cumin cdita powder
- 1 dusty turmeric cdita
- 1 Curry Cdita
- 1 cda of grated ginger (or 1 teaspoon of powder ginger)
- 2 cdas of chopped coriander
- 2 crushed tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
How to make chicken takka masala step by step
- In a bowl mix the mulela, with cumin, turmeric, curry and ginger. Divide into two portions. One half mix it with the yogurt and the chopped coriander and marinate with that mixture the pieces of chicken. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour or all night.
- Heat a little oil in a large pan or saucepan over medium-high heat. Seal marinated chicken pieces for a few minutes until they are slightly golden. Eye, do not cook over, just seal the surface. Reserve.
