This ingredient is traditionally used in quick meals such as hamburgers, hot dogs and sandwiches . But it can also be added in salads, tacos , and even to accompany meats .
In summary, it is a super versatile sauce and although the most famous version is the Pepinillos Relish , there are many variants that include other ingredients, such as corn, onion, peppers, or chiles.

But the sweet of this sauce is not cloying , because it is perfectly balancing with the acid of the vinegar and spicy spicy.
This variant is ideal to accompany strong and substantial dishes , because its flavor helps cut the heaviness and makes it the perfect partner for some BBQ ribs or a pulled pork .

How to make Pepinillos Relish
The truth is that the Pepinillos Relish is one of the easiest recipes that exist. The main ingredients are usually pepinillos, vinegar, sugar and some spices such as mustard, dill and pepper .
Basically, pipinillos are chopped finely (or scratch, for a softer texture), mix with the other ingredients and simmer until the flavors are integrated. Then, it is saved in jars and, after a rest time, is ready to use.
