Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today we bring a muffins recipe ... they die! Do you know why? Because they are salty muffins!

Queee? They never did salty muffins? They are the most! They are a great snack, an unforgettable lunch, a touch of grace for your chopped!

"But how is a muffin salty Paulina?" Well, it's a Muffin mass, but salty.

Ah Re! (I would say a teenager)

The truth is more or less that. Salad cupakes are a dough with eggs and lift flour that will make them fluffy. The base dough has salt and grated cheese, which makes them irresitable

"And what do we put in Paulina?" Well, the filling.

Ah Re! (Just baby!)

We can put everything inside! Ham and cheese, basil, spinach, salamín, many different cheeses!

About this salty muffins recipe

Okay! Out of joke. These muffins or salty cupcakes are the most! We are going to make a base that we are then going to flavor with different ingredients. Here we spend three ideas, but you can invent your own and go crazy!

The first is a classic: ham and cheese. Can be versed with raw ham for example

Then comes the Morrón. Should we say more than belli and garlic? I don't believe it.

And finally, the most most vegetarian salty muffin: basil and cheese. You could also do with spinach and cheese that is incredible!

What else can they do? A good idea is to be inspired by pizza tastes: four cheeses, Neapolitan, fleeting, provolone, squirrel, etc.

They are a goal, they can have them frozen and save a lunch, the boys love and are ideal for food!

Anize and try them!

Greetings and until next

Salay Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

about 15 medium muffins come out

  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml. milk
  • 1 cdita. salt
  • 100ml. of oil
  • 200g. of flour
  • 100g, grated cheese
  • ham
  • cheese dice
  • roasted belling
  • basil
  • walnuts
  • garlic

Salado Muffin recipe: step by step

or salty cupcakes if you want

  1. To start we will beat both eggs until they are mounted. Then we add the milk, always beating. Then we add the salt and the oil.
  2. We add to this preparation the lift flour and mix well. Then we place the grated cheese and we already have our salty muffins base! We are going to divide it into 3.

Ham and cheese muffins

  1. For the first option, we are going to place some mixture in the pyrotines, more or less 1/4… .1/3 of the mold we are using.
  2. We put on the dough the ham cut into strips, cover it with a little more mixture and add a cube of cheese. To finish we cover with a little more preparation.

Morron Muffins

  1. We are going to cut off roast (can make them homemade or buy those of can). We chop it well along with a garlic (or the amount they want to add). We add this to the base we had.
  2. We add ground paprika, mix well and fill the pyrotines up to 3/4 and we already have a second idea!

Basis and cheese muffins

  1. To the mixture part that we had left, we add minced basil. Quite basil. In this case it is not a seasoning, it is one of the main flavors of new salty muffins, so not escatimen! (You can put spinach too!)
  2. On the preparation we chop walnuts, add a chopped garlic head and cheese in pieces. We fill Muffin's pyrotines or molds and we are already!
  3. When we have the three options ready, we take the muffins to an oven at 190 ° approx between 15 to 20 minutes , or until golden and dry.

Look how they look

spongy and delicious salty muffins!
