Ingredients
- 150 ml. milk
- 100 ml. water
- 25 gr. fresh yeast (they can replace by 10 g. of dry yeast)
- 100 grams of sugar
- 500 grams of flour 0000

- 50 gr. of ointment butter
- Vanilla essence
- Frying oil
How to make step by step donuts
- Place the milk at room temperature in a bowl, add the water and 25 grams of fresh yeast. Also 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. If you want dry yeast there is no problem, they put approximately 10 grams, an overlap.
- Stir until dissolved, cover and let stand 15-20 minutes.
- Add the rest of the sugar, 1 beaten egg, vanilla essence (optional), well -sifted flour and mix with a spoon. When necessary, leave the spoon and use the hands to integrate everything very well.
- Knead for 5 minutes with your hands without adding flour.
- Add 50 gr. of ointment butter and continue kneading 15 minutes and let stand until you double your volume.
- We take the dough to the table, we stretch and cut into circles to give it the desired shape.
- Place on a tray and let stand 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil and fry.
- When we take them out and before the donut cools we passed it in thick common sugar.
