  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of meat broth
  • 1/2 cup of cream (milk cream) for cooking

Step by step of the sirloin recipe for pepper

  1. Clean the pork sirloin eliminating any excess of fat and membranes. Cut it into thick medallions of approximately 2.5 cm thick. Then, salt and pepper the medallions on both sides, gently pressing the spices to adhere to the flesh.
