About Pastor tacos
One of the many types of tacos that can be found in the extensive Mexican menu, is precisely there where they were invented. These tacos are particular and are made with pork that is previously marinated in a combination of ingredients and spices that give it a dream flavor.
The marinade is half of the magic, the other part is achieved in cooking, since then the meat is cooked with a traditional medium east technique , it is roasted in a spinning (similar to a shawarma) and that is where the recipe makes sense.
After cooking the meat, it only remains to cut it into thin strips and serve them in corn tortillas. The rest is to combine it with ingredients to highlight its flavors such as onion, coriander and sauces.
If you want to do the complete process you can learn to make the dough for tacos and I also invite you to see the Paulina Session #01 where you can see how Dillom puts some exquisite tacos!
