Ingredients
for 12 sausages
- 200g. veal meat
- 200g. pork
- 100g. of bacon
- 1 CDA. of maicena
- 1 glass of ice beer
- 1 cdita. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
How to make homemade sausages
that easy!
- Mince the meat. If the butcher mince it for you, you may want to ask him to run it through the machine two or three times because it should be like a paste. The finer the mince, the smoother and more uniform your homemade sausages will be.
- Add the tablespoon of cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Knead until everything is combined. Once you learn how to make homemade sausage using this method, you can add anything you like at this point: ground mustard, tarragon, whatever strikes your fancy.
- Add the icy beer. It is important that it is cold to make good to meat.
- Form the homemade sausages. Note: Spread plastic wrap on the counter and use a piping bag to form the sausages into the desired size. You can also do this with a bag or even by hand. Cut the plastic wrap and wrap each sausage as if you were wrapping a piece of candy, until tightly sealed. Set aside.
- To cook them: Place plenty of water and paprika (or broth) in a pot. When it's about to boil, add the sausages, wrapped in plastic wrap and all. Cook like this for 8-10 minutes. When you remove them, the plastic wrap will slide off on its own, and the sausages will be formed. At this point, if you want, you can freeze them and have them ready in case of nuclear war, which is always a possibility.
- Now that you know how to make homemade sausages, let's make a hot dog: On a griddle (that wonderful thing you see in the video is called a planchetta ), add a little oil and the sausages. Cook until golden brown.
- Make your own Pancho with whatever you like. I added onion, crispy bacon, an egg, chopped tomato, and mustard.
Can beer be replaced with water or broth?
Hello, I love homemade sausages and I'd like to ask something.
Can you use egg in them? And can they be frozen too? Thank you for your attention.
Chicken sausages always use egg.
Hi Pauli! I have a question... how can I replace beer? Thanks!
Fantastic!!! You add some good sauerkraut and at night they'll send you to sleep with the dog. But happy.
Very good 🙂 We are super happy eating hot dogs in Peru
What cut of meat is used?
Wow, it's like when hot dogs cost a peso. Our change went to hell, lol. Thanks for the recipe!!! 😀
Hello Paulina from Spain, how many days can sausages last in the refrigerator?
An excellent way to eat healthy because you make it yourself and know what's in it.
After much searching, I found this very practical website. Congratulations!
Great, easy, practical, healthy, fun, great, I love it.
Won't you marry me?
That grill needs some seasoning! Great recipe, thanks, I'm going to try it.
The recipes on the planchetta are incredible. Paulina, I'm leaving you a link to my site so you can check it out: http://cocinaconideas.com/ You're so awesome. Know it! Kisses

They look delicious. I like your cooking page.
Hi Pauli, is beer essential or can it be replaced with something else?
I made them! 🙂 and they turned out great! I took a photo but I can't upload it! Great Pau!
I make something similar with chicken... but instead of boiling it, I microwave it! I season the chicken with seasonings, put the rolls/chorizos/candy together with the plastic wrap, pierce them a little so they don't explode... and into the microwave! A couple of minutes is enough! 🙂
