Preparation time : 2 hours

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 100 gr of common sugar
  • 80 gr of black sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150 gr of lift flour
  • 60 gr of bitter cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 60 gr of molten butter
  • 200 gr of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200 cm3 of whipping cream
