Ingredients

For the mass:

  • 1 ½ cups of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons of active dry yeast
  • 4 cups of flour of all use
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For filling and cooking:

  • Frying oil (enough to immerse the dough)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

Step by step preparation to make fried pizza
