Refrigerated 4 to 6 hours

Ingredients

  • 4 Mature passion fruit 
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 200 milk cream pot
  • 2 flavorless gelatin envelopes
  • Water c/n

How to make Maracuyá's dessert step by step

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and extract the pulp. Reserve the pulp of one of them to decorate. Mix the rest with 1 glass of water and blend. Strain the mixture to prevent it with many seeds.
  2. Dissolve 1 and ½ over -flavorless gelatin envelopes in warm water. Reserve the remaining.
  3. In a bowl, mix the liquefy passion fruit pulp, with condensed milk, cream and flavorless jelly until a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or all night.
  5. For decoration mix the passion fruit pulp that was left with half of the unlawful jelly over -dissolved in a few lukewater teaspoons and place above the dessert. Take back to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve in individual portions.
