  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Vanilla essence

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C. In a pot heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Pour the warm milk on the mixture stirring constantly to avoid the formation of lumps. Add vanilla essence to taste.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove possible lumps and pour into a caramelized oven mold.
  4. To caramelize the mold, melt 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan until you get a golden candy and quickly pour into the mold.
  5. Place the mold in a larger oven fountain and add hot water until you reach half the mold.
