- 1 garlic
- 1 eggplant in cubes
- 2 boys
- Salt
- Sugar
- Balsamic aceto
- Olive oil
- Green onion
- Sunflower seeds
Eggplant salad
So simple are the steps
- We are going to start by cutting the vegetable. It is a eggplant salad so we are going to start around, peel it and cut it into cubes. The one that follows is the tomato, cubes too and finally chop the garlic.
- Once we have everything, we put the garlic in olive oil and once it is golden brown, we add the eggplant cubes. We add salt to taste, revolve and cover. Once we see that the eggplant is cooked, uncovered and add some teaspoons of sugar that will leave it pipí cucú.
- We take it out of the heat and thus bright and succulent, mix it in a source with the cut tomato.
