- Once it boils, we turn off the heat and let the mixture cool, as it is quite thick.
- We paint the silicone molds (they can also be ice cube trays) with a napkin soaked in oil so that our gummies do not stick.
- We fill the molds with the gelatin mixture and put them in the refrigerator.
- 1 hour 30 minutes later, our gummies are ready. We can roll some in sugar.

- We line a rectangular mold with plastic wrap and then sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
- We spread the mixture from the boul and once it is flat, we sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the mixture again.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 48 hours. When the sugar on top has dried, add a little more and turn the mixture about once a day, and that's it!
