cabbage salad with Roquefort

The cabbage is a vegetable quite used for salad recipes , but usually in more traditional salads, it can be eaten only seasoned or also usually prepared with tomato. In this recipe instead we will mix the red cabbage with some little things that will make the salad more than original.

I really like this recipe, as I tell you, to get out of traditional salads. It has few ingredients but very well combined, and it takes us to prepare it only a few minutes. It has a very different flavor to the cabbage salads that we usually eat, if you like Roquefort you will love it!

I hope you like it!

Ingredients

For 2 portions

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 2 pieces of roquefort or other blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp. milk cream
  • 4 chopped nuts
  • Salt, pepper and olive oil

How to make the red cabbage salad with Roquefort

Only 3 steps

  1. Cut the cabbage into two (that is: in rooms) and remove the thick and white trunk in the middle. Place in a fountain, salt and pepper and add a splash of olive oil. At 2 minutes to the microwave, maximum power.
  2. Take the roquefort with the cream of milk until a thick sauce is and the well distributed roquefort throughout the sauce.
  3. Place each cabbage room on a plate, bathe with the roquefort and cream sauce and rain with chopped nuts.

I am addicted to your channel! If I don't have microwave, I do it in the oven? Airfrier?
Thanks Paulina!
