  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 can of peas

  • 1 CDA of flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 splash of milk cream (optional)
  • 2 cake covers
  • 1 oregano cdita
  • Salt and pepper

How to make chicken cake step by step

Super simple!

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the slices. Carrot, in small pieces. Save these vegetables in 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken cut into pieces : if it is cooked, sauté 2 more minutes. If it is raw, cook until it is golden, they will be about 5 more or less.
  3. Add the peas and salt and pepper. You can also put choclo in grain (in that case, half a can and a half can). Stir until the peas are hot. Salpimentar

  4. Sprinkle with the spoonful of flour . Move on medium fire preparation for approximately 2 minutes.

We think of spending a lot of time to investigations that can take people back to the moon, and open a shawarma there (because there must be a Shawarma cart!)

But we derive all those efforts to create this chicken cake recipe without mass. Well, we don't really create it, it's called Strata and it's a fairly traditional recipe. But we like to think that this post can change, if not life, at least the day to a person.

For 1 cake

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 4 bread slices (it can be from the previous day)
  • 3 leeks
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 slices
  • 3 generous slices of Mozarella cheese (about 200g.)
  • Oil, salt and pepper

Chicken cake recipe or chicken strata

Yes, it exists and is delicious

  1. Cut the breasts into dice. Brown in a hot pan with a little oil over very strong heat. We should not cook them too much since but in the second cooking they will dry. It is a quick pass to seal them. Reserve on a plate and not wash the pot.
  2. In the skillet of the chicken, sauté the leeks cut into fine slices and the chopped garlic clove. When they are soft but, again, not completely cooked, add the chicken and remove. Reserve.
  3. Cut the bread into 2x2cm dice. approximately.
  4. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. When they are well beaten, salt and pepper at ease and mix with bread, chicken and leeks and 2 of the slices demozarella, cut into daditos. Join well. The mixture will be rather secota, it should not be too much egg but we are going to the bottom of the fountain and there is a kind of tortilla that is not what we want.
  5. Place the entire mixture in an oven suitable fountain and crush a little (just a little, to match).
  6. Place the other slice of mozzarella, in pieces, distributed over the cake.
  7. Bake over medium-dead heat for about 20 minutes or until you see the golden chicken cake above. The temperature is important, since if we do it over heat under the chicken it will dry.
