Ingredients
very simple
- 1 Papa girl
- 1 onion girl
- 1 zucchini (zucchini)
- 1 CDA of flour
- 1/2 liter of vegetable broth
- Potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter (if you don't eat dairy, replace with oil)
- Salt, pepper and olive oil
Zucchini Cream Recipe
no cream!
- Sauté the diced onion and zucchini butter
- When the onion is translucent, add the tablespoon of flour and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth and the diced potato
- Remove from heat and blend in a blender or hand blender. If you like it thinner, add more broth or water.
