Truth be told: Paulina isn't a fan of desserts or sweets, but this is a special dessert, a vegan dessert: Chocolate Terrine with Ginger . That's why when she discovers a recipe as easy as this one, she feels blissful. This recipe is also vegan. One of the easiest vegan desserts ever.

Ingredients

They are just 3!

For the terrine

  • 200g of hot chocolate
  • Half -lemon zest
  • 1/2 slice of ginger
  • 100cc of water

For sauce

  • 1 tbsp. jam (I used tomato jam, but it can be any other type)
  • 1 CDA. of sugar
  • 1 CDA. water

easier, impossible

Terrine

  1. Heat the water to 40ºC.
  2. Pour in the chopped chocolate ginger lemon zest . Stir. The chocolate will melt.
  3. Put it through the minipimmer or food processor.
  4. Place in a mold lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40 minutes (or more).

Dip

  1. Bring the three ingredients together over medium and stir for two minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Note : Serve in small portions. This vegan dessert is hearty and fresh. Garnish with the jam sauce and grated chocolate.
