Pumpkin and Ginger Soup: so colorful!
Light pumpkin and ginger soup recipe!
Ingredients
everyone is healthy
1 pumpkin
1 Papa girl
1/2 onion
1 thick slice of ginger
1 cdita. of curry
1/2 Cdita. of turmeric
1 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper and oil
Step by step pumpkin soup (it's very simple)
Cut the onion into pieces (size doesn't matter) and sauté it in the butter with a dash of oil (so it doesn't burn).
When the onion is translucent, add the pumpkin and potato , also cut into chunks, and sauté for a few minutes, until they begin to brown. Add the slice of ginger .
Cover the preparation with water and boil over medium heat until the potato is cooked.
When the potato is cooked, add the seasonings: salt , pepper , curry , turmeric .
Thanks!!!! ?? I made it today and now I'm enjoying a delicacy... delicious, quick, and healthy. THANK YOU!

I made it… with a few tweaks. I didn't feel like going out to the grocery store, so I ended up without ginger and with carrots instead of potatoes. I added a handful of pre-cooked lentils (well, soaked in boiled water) at the last minute. And lots of cheese on top to compensate for all the changes I made.
