Light pumpkin and ginger soup recipe!

Ingredients
pumpkin

everyone is healthy

  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 Papa girl
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 thick slice of ginger
  • 1 cdita. of curry
  • 1/2 Cdita. of turmeric
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, pepper and oil

Step by step pumpkin soup (it's very simple)

  1. Cut the onion into pieces (size doesn't matter) and sauté it in the butter with a dash of oil (so it doesn't burn).
  2. When the onion is translucent, add the pumpkin and potato , also cut into chunks, and sauté for a few minutes, until they begin to brown. Add the slice of ginger .
  3. Cover the preparation with water and boil over medium heat until the potato is cooked.
  4. When the potato is cooked, add the seasonings: salt , pepper , curry , turmeric .
  5. Blend in a blender until smooth. Adjust the salt.
  6. Serve hot, you can add these flavored croutons or croutons .

I made it… with a few tweaks. I didn't feel like going out to the grocery store, so I ended up without ginger and with carrots instead of potatoes. I added a handful of pre-cooked lentils (well, soaked in boiled water) at the last minute. And lots of cheese on top to compensate for all the changes I made.

Buy yourself some socks, Mrs. Paulina. You deserve them for being a good cook...for being humble, and for that beautiful little girl who helps you cook...greetings from Uruguay!!!
